In order to make a claim, YOU MUST SUBMIT A NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CLAIM INTEREST IN FORECLOSURE SALES PROCEEDS FORM 5743 TO THE ALGER COUNTY TREASURER NO LATER THAN JULY 1, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE FORECLOSURE OF THE PROPERTY. Bidders can participate either through the above weblink or through absentee bidding.

OR if a credit card is unavailable, a bidder can mail in a $1,000.00 certified funds deposit.
If you do not have computer or internet access, an absentee bid can be submitted by calling 1-800-259-7470. If absentee bidding, you will still need to pre-authorize a $1,000.00 deposit on a major credit card (or mail in certified funds).
