REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR ALGER COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

MIDC ATTORNEY/CLIENT MEETING ROOM

The Alger County Sheriff’s Office is seeking proposals for modifying an existing area within the Alger County Sheriff’s Office to construct a new MIDC-compliant attorney/client meeting room.  The job will consist of partial demolition of an existing wall, possible movement of a small wall, construction of 3 walls, and installation of 2 interior doors.  The room must have significant sound barrier in place for confidential attorney/client meetings. Proposals must include minor electrical work as well as flooring.

This project has a maximum budget of $10,000
