Notice of Vacancy – Alger County Veterans Services Office Committee

The Alger County Department of Veterans’ Affairs has one vacancy on the Alger County Veterans' Services Office Committee. You must be a veteran and resident of the county who served honorably on active duty in the United States Armed Forces. You may be a member of a congressionally chartered veterans’ organization within the county. This is a partial term that will begin September 18, 2026. If you are interested in this appointment, please submit your letter of interest to the Alger County Clerk’s Office, 101 Court Street, Munising, Michigan 49862, no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 16, 2026.
